The STARS worksheet is one of the tools we use to teach the benefits of the Martial Arts to our students. Long ago we discovered that actually inspecting what we expected of them produced better results; then we discovered that actually teaching the concept before we tested for it gave the students a far better chance of integrating the STARS worksheet into their lives.

MAK takes its Tai Chi program on the road to Retirment and Nursing homes, businesses and schools. We even have seated Tai Chi.
