Brief Description

Xtreme Martial Arts (XMA) is a fusion of Karate, Dance, Gymnastics and Performance. This two year program is designed to take the fundamentals of martial arts and extend it's capabilities in performance and skill therefore taking martial arts to the Xtreme. The first year of the program is dedicated solely on training and conditioning the body, starting with at the fundamental level of karate with basic stances, blocks and strikes. Slowly building upon the student's repertoire with every level, the student will learn how to go from just front kicks and chops to 540s, 720s, Jack knifes, Aerial Triple Kick, Kip Ups and so much more within the first year. The second year of the program is dedicated more to the gymnastic side of Xtreme Martial Arts with the backflips, flash kicks, front flips, X-outs and etcetra.

The Man

The XMA Program was created by Mike Chaturantabut, designed to teach students of all ages to learn the already popular trend of extreme martial arts.
