Karate Programs & Classes

Regular Classes

    Tiny Tigers - Age 3 & 4

    Little Dragons - Ages 5, 6 & 7

    Karate Kids - Ages 8 through 12

    Teens - Ages 13 through 17

    Adults - Ages 17 and Up

    Home School Classes

Day Classes constructed for students age 5 and up during the morning hours. These students taking these classes may also take the evening classes. Home School karate classes are designed for the physical and spiritual needs of home schoolers. For more information please email us with this link: info@mactionkarate.com

Special Classes

    XMA - Xtreme Martial Arts

A combination of high end karate performance skills, gymnastics, dance and performance arts. This program is part of our Black Belt Performance program but it is also open to all students both in and out of our school.

    H.I.T. - High Intensity Training is Sparring

H.I.T. Training is only available to members of our Master's Training Course and teaches the only fully integrated sparring system we have been able to find in the United States. This class is also part of the Black Belt Fighting program.

    FPA - Tournament Team

Focus Power Attitude is our tournament team. It teaches those students who have a talent, gift or attitude of competitive performance how to win at the regional and national level. It is part of our Black Belt Performance program but partial membership and training is open to any member of Master's Training Course.

    Maximum Edge - Professional Demonstration Team

Maximum Edge is a professionally trained and managed Karate Demonstration Team that has been used by Worcester First Night, many Malls, businesses, Girls Scouts, Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Brownies, Schools and universities to bring a sharp edge to their events and programs. This is provided FREE by McCoy's Action Karate's Maximum Edge.

    SWAT - Special Winning Attitude Team

SWAT is open to any member of Master's Training Course by selection. It is both a demonstration Team and the entry level to our unique teaching and leadership system. This is also part of our Black Belt Teaching program.

    FIST - Future Instructor Student Teachers

FIST is our premier leadership program and is by invitation only. This team trains and learns along side the Teaching Team.

    Master's Training Course
     -  Weapons and Advanced Training

MTC Students learn advanced weapons and arts ranging from weapons training through an introduction to Kenpo, Grappling, Kickboxing and many Japanese and Korean arts.

    Black Belt Themes

Black Belt Themes include advanced MTC training and include additional arts commonly referred to as Kung Fu. In addition black belts can take any additional classes designated "Black Belt Program" including most of those above and below this description.

Self Defense

Our Self Defense Class is a simple, effective self defense system that emphasizes instinctive movements, practical techniques, and realistic training scenarios.

Self Defense is also part of our Black Belt Self Defense Program.
