Login to your AOL email account and choose
SETTINGS from the options in the
top right of your screen. |

You are done! This is called
"whitelisting" and guarantees email delivery from the addresses
you list. |

TIP: If you have checked
BLOCK MAIL CONTAINING PICTURES OR FILES, you are probably
missing many important emails from friends and students. |

G-MAIL USERS |

| 1. |
Login to your G-mail email account, just like
you would to check your email. |
| |

| 2. |
At the top RIGHT SIDE, click the link that
says SETTINGS. |

| 3. |
At the top of the screen that says
MAIL SETTINGS, click the link that
says FILTERS (second from left).

On the FILTERS
screen, click the tab that says Create a
New Filter tab. |

In the FROM
field on the CREATE A FILTER
screen, type "pmccoy@mactionkarate.com"
and change NO other settings on this screen. |

Click the button that says
NEXT STEP. |

Check the box that says

Click the button that says
CREATE FILTER. |

YAHOO MAIL |

| 1. |
Login to your Yahoo e-mail account. On the
right hand side of your screen you will see
MAIL OPTIONS. Left click on this.
In the right hand column, under MANAGEMENT, left click on
FILTERS. Then left click on
ADD FILTER. |

Name the filter "MAK" |
| |

| 3. |
Underneath the heading "if all of the
following rules are true ..." go to the top row labeled
FROM HEADER. Next to this you will
see a drop-down menu. Make sure to select
CONTAINS. Then simply type in "pmccoy@mactionkarate.com". |

At the bottom, where it says "Move the
message to:" simply select INBOX
from the pull-down menu. Then left click on the
ADD FILTER button at the bottom and
youre done. |

Repeat steps 3 and 4 using "info@mactionkarate.com" |
